There was literally NO room to work under there.Neri and Hector got in there and replaced all the wood in 4 days. Keith B., Roberto H. and Jose C. came out today and did extensive foundation repair for our home. They did a fantastic job! The workers were on time and hard working. They were able to finish the job in one day. They were courteous and professional. They gave a thorough explanation about everything they did. After the job was finished, they cleaned up and left everything neat and in place. I would highly recommend JES and particularly these three hard working skilled professionals!

JES is just fantastic! I experienced water coming through my basement walls after two bad rainstorms last September; JES sales representative Adam Crall came later that month to generate a thorough estimate for waterproofing. JES was able to schedule the work for the three days before Thanksgiving. Foreman John Rector and crew members Darrin and Paibai were OUTSTANDING! They were very accommodating and understanding, patient with me who was very apprehensive about jackhammers in the basement (and about the dust potential!). They cleaned up thoroughly! Worth the expense! I recommend them without hesitation!

Our 18 year old basement was filling with rain water more and more as time went on as much as 2 1/2 feet of water, so after seeing the Evergreen/JES commercials many time's we decided to give them a call, Our initial meet and greet was with Jack Hill, the appointment was at our convenience and Jack was exactly on time, seriously nice guy right from the start, we sat down and he explained everything in plan English, no fancy technical stuff like others would throw at you, we then went outside and looked around the foundation and then we went into the basement for him to take measurements, he took his time and I feel he did everything right, we then go back upstairs to discuss our options, he was not pushy trying to sell me what we didn't need, after the job there crew finished, which was an awesome job Jack followed up with me to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction, It's been 1 1/2 years since the job was completed and Jack continues to follow up with me to make sure everything is still good, AND OUR BASEMENT CONTINUES TO STAY DRY AFTER ALL THE MAJOR FLOODING RAINS WE HAD THIS YEAR!!!!!

To start, Our Sales representative Blaine Harvey was very professional. Did a complete inspection of the property. Made a few recommendations but really focused and addressed our concern/problem areas. This is greatly appreciated.Roberto and Jose Martinez, the installation crew were very polite and professional as well. Addressed all concerns and answered every question showing their expertise in the field. They were very clean throughout the installation. Under the house was left better than before. We had plastic underneath but needed to be removed in order for them to work. Did not expect them to re-line the ground upon completion but they used heavy duty plastic as a replacement. This is greatly appreciated. It is always the little things that make the difference in projects to homeowners. I would like to also mention Jo in the Richmond area office. Was very helpful in getting the information on the account up to date and taking the payment over the phone. Very well spoken and appreciate the small chit chat. She was a tremendous asset. We will need future work (Cleanspace) and would like to work with JES again.Thank youAndrea

Even after we determined that the service I was looking for isn’t a service JES provides and I felt like I had wasted his time he remained professional and pleasant and assured me it was no trouble and he was happy to take a look around while he was here to see if there were any concerns that he could inform me about.Although I won’t be using this company for this project, I am pleased with experience and will definitely consider JES for future needs if they arise.(the service I was wanting: to have an egress window cut into the basement foundation)Update 12/7/22 – Bradley just called me and informed me that he found someone who may be able to help with the egress window. We had a drain system installed by JES last week. The installation went well. Our foreman and crew were great and if they ran into any issues they let us know and gave us a solution. We haven't had a chance to test the system yet, but I will update once we have. Our sales person (Joe Palotas) went above and beyond! He walked us through everything on our initial meeting and made us feel comfortable with the direction we went. I would highly recommend requesting him.

We had our seasonal inspection done by JES today. Andre McDuffie was my service technician and he was excellent! He identified the concerns we had and did his best to correct. He made it very understandable as to why we were having the concerns we do. He will be putting a proposal and price together for the work that needs to be done after discussing it with his manager. Andre is a true credit & and strong asset to JES.

I needed my crawlspace encapsulated, support jacks added, and some downspouts buried to get water away from my foundation. Devin C., Delonta K., and Jacob H. went above and beyond, exceeding my already-high expectations. They were upfront about exactly what was going to be done each day they were onsite, informed me where they were going when they left, and were really helpful in answering all of my questions along the way. This crew really did a great job and I can't recommend them enough. It was super hot out and they pushed through and completed the work ahead of schedule while still keeping high standards and quality of work.Ask for this crew by name. They were that good.
