Jeff from JES foundation repair came in and do the thorough inspection. He gave me good advice and suggestions. Explained everything wonderfully. If I could’ve hugged him, I would have. I had water erosion beneath my driveway, causing the slabs to be uneven by as much as 2 inches. JES was able to raise the slabs and avoid a more costly replacement. The repair included a five year warranty!

I had a consultation with Paul Grauer yesterday, and I must say I was extremely impressed with how thorough and professional he was throughout the entire process. He took the time to clearly explain the company, the foundation repair process, and how the materials would be applied, ensuring I fully understood every step. What stood out to me most was the level of care and patience he showed during our conversation. He even encouraged me to call my wife so she could be included in the discussion and have all of her questions answered as well. At no point did I feel rushed — he made sure we were comfortable, informed, and confident in the process. That level of customer service and attention to detail is exactly what earned my business. I’m now genuinely excited to move forward with the repairs and appreciate the experience Paul provided.
