I rarely write reviews but I just had to rave about Ajeet Ryatt of JES Foundation. I'm experiencing interior cracking and was afraid there was a foundation issue. From the moment he arrived Ajeet was the model of professionalism. He explained the evaluation process and answered all of my questions. Thankfully, my issue was not related to the foundation. Of course I would never wish foundation issues on anyone but in the event you need foundation repair, I highly recommend JES and Ajeet.

Jeswork was really great. The construction engineer took photos of my crawlspace and explained in detail their recommendations and the cost and financing. The work team was excellent and explained what they did each day and showed pictures. They found termites and got in contact with a pest contractor before the encapsulation when my termite contractor failed to come and treat the termites.

There were a few hiccups in the beginning but our foreman, Manuel Guzman, sorted things out and worked towards the best solution. His team, Jose Cruz, Mayro, and Ruben and him worked so hard. You can’t be cheap when it comes to foundation repairs. JES is expensive, but you have access to knowledgeable engineers and consultants (Andrew Sean Wheeler), and their crews are quick and competent (foreman Jaime Castillo and Joel and Erick). If you live near the Potomac and have issues with marine clay, go straight to JES.
