First and foremost, I NEVER write reviews; however, I found it necessary in this case because the two young men who came to perform the work were true professionals. Foreman Michael Kuffour and Co-foreman Alan Brown arrived on time! They professionally introduced themselves. I felt immediately at ease because once I directed them to the area that needed repair, they quickly communicated operation issues and recommended changes so that the work to be performed was accurately understood in layperson's terms. They utilized precision measuring instruments and fixtures to measure the dimensions of finished work pieces: downspouts and sump pump operations. They were extremely conscientious and ensured that work complied with all relevant codes, standards, and job specifications. They followed procedures to maintain the work environment neat and orderly. Mike, the Project Supervisor, arrived. Mike was knowledgeable and provided information on further work and any materials and equipment needed. He communicated ways to gain efficiencies and more effective installation methods in collaboration with us (the customer), which I greatly appreciated so that we could meet the goals and work towards a final resolution to our water problem. He inspected the Encapsulation work under the crawl space also. Once the meeting was over, I felt secure that the remainder of the result would be proficiently performed and up to code. I recommend JES to anyone, for they provide A-1 work. The guys that they sent were tens (10) in every sense. For this, I give them five stars ***** . Thank You

During my annual inspection March 27, 2026, it was determined that my property required several jacks to address a settling issue. This discovery led to the need for a professional installation to remedy the problem. On April 15, 2026, I had the pleasure of meeting my installation crew: Shakeen B, Darnell L, and Benard M. They contacted me beforehand to let me know when they would arrive. Upon their arrival, the crew explained in detail what the installation process would entail. Their clear communication ensured I understood each step before the work began. The crew promptly began the job, completing all tasks efficiently. Once the work was finished, they thoroughly cleaned up the area. Photos were taken of the completed work, and I was advised that these would be sent to me for my records. Additionally, the crew informed me about the timeline for their return visit to inspect the newly installed jacks. All JES personnel have consistently demonstrated professionalism and courtesy. They keep clients fully informed throughout the process, ensuring transparency about all work being done. Based on my experience, I highly recommend JES to anyone in need of foundation repairs. I posted a complaint about 4 months ago regarding an issue I was having with the system installed by JES a few years ago. I want to provide an update. The JES team of Rick, Matt, Dalton, Davonte, and especially JR, we're excellent in resolving the issue. They effectively evaluated the situation, took ownership of the problem, and quickly established a plan to remedy the situation. They were efficient in executing their plan and I am beyond satified with the end results. Everyone exemplified professionalism, were courteous, and respectful. JR's follow up was on point and I am so glad that he was spearheading the effort. Thank you JES. You definitely exceeded my expectations.
