The Service gentleman that visited us today was PERFECT. He listened to my concerns, made me feel that he truly cared, took time to service everything and explain along the way, he was extremely kind, caring, knowledgable and left me feeling that I was serviced EXTREMELY WELL. As he completed her service, I signed a new contract for 5 more years!!! Thank you Mr. Donald for performing a 5 Star Service!!!! I truly appreciated ALL that you did!!!! Mr.Aric Banks Was very courteous, approachable, and professional throughout his entire visit. He kept us updated on his arrival time, which was later than expected because of delays at previous appointments. We expressed some concerns regarding some changes And past issues in The basement of our 200+ year-old house. He respectfully acknowledged our concerns and relayed them to the office during the visit. We hope to continue to have Aric return as needed for future inspections.

Every step of the process was very professional and informative. Our estimate interview was very informative and they gave us info for future use too. The guys came to do the lifting of the driveway were great! They were done in 2-3 hours and it looks great. Definitely, would suggest JES for your project.

Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Jay Hyman, came right out and identified the problem. He told me what my options were, and how much everything would cost. A date and time was scheduled for the work to be done. Abdoul and his team came out on the scheduled date and time and did a great job. They were very polite, friendly, and professional. Abdoul welcomed questions and was very knowledgeable. They also cleaned up very well afterwards. I would highly recommend JES Foundation to anyone who needs this type of work done.

On the installation day the foreman Joel Lugo and his team members Jose Garcia Roberto Lemus and Jose Alejandro Vazquez showed up. They were very skilled and knew a lot about their work.
