The team who fixed our support beams/foundation was wonderful. I can’t say enough good things about Freddy Zavaleta, Walter Zavaleta, and Jaime Salas who did the repairs: they were friendly, timely, and did wonderful work. Also, the permit team at JES really helped us when we still hadn’t received word from the city and it had been 6 weeks (and my husband and I had been sleeping on the couch and floor because the support beams were so bad under our room). JES reinforced and straightened a long, sagging load-bearing beam in my basement. Their crew was excellent: Freddy ******** (team lead), Walter ******** and Daniel ******* English was their second language but that was not a problem at all. They were skillful, fast and very polite. They were also detail oriented and extremely patient when I asked questions and suggested small changes during the process. They also isolated the work area with plastic sheets, protected my floors with anti-slip coverings and cleaned afterwards. They used high-quality, extra strong materials. Now my home's floor is flatter and feels much more rigid, which is great. My only minor concerns are that before the crew came, some of my calls to their office remained unanswered, and also they didn't bring the right beam when they came the first time, but they corrected it quicly. My family and I are very happy with the results.

JES is just fantastic! I experienced water coming through my basement walls after two bad rainstorms last September; JES sales representative Adam Crall came later that month to generate a thorough estimate for waterproofing. JES was able to schedule the work for the three days before Thanksgiving. Foreman John Rector and crew members Darrin and Paibai were OUTSTANDING! They were very accommodating and understanding, patient with me who was very apprehensive about jackhammers in the basement (and about the dust potential!). They cleaned up thoroughly! Worth the expense! I recommend them without hesitation!

Our 18 year old basement was filling with rain water more and more as time went on as much as 2 1/2 feet of water, so after seeing the Evergreen/JES commercials many time's we decided to give them a call, Our initial meet and greet was with Jack Hill, the appointment was at our convenience and Jack was exactly on time, seriously nice guy right from the start, we sat down and he explained everything in plan English, no fancy technical stuff like others would throw at you, we then went outside and looked around the foundation and then we went into the basement for him to take measurements, he took his time and I feel he did everything right, we then go back upstairs to discuss our options, he was not pushy trying to sell me what we didn't need, after the job there crew finished, which was an awesome job Jack followed up with me to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction, It's been 1 1/2 years since the job was completed and Jack continues to follow up with me to make sure everything is still good, AND OUR BASEMENT CONTINUES TO STAY DRY AFTER ALL THE MAJOR FLOODING RAINS WE HAD THIS YEAR!!!!!

My original appointment was to be on a Friday at 2pm. JES texted me the Monday prior asking if I would like to change the appointment to Tuesday at 2, which was great. The inspector, Jay called early Tuesday to see if we could meet at 1130. Jay showed up on time and we immediately dug into the issue…a likely sunken corner foundation of my carport. Jay covered all the possible solutions, went thru the warranty, timing, cost, etc. At no point did I feel pressured to make a decision and Jay conducted himself in a pleasant and professional manor.

Jay came out to my house to conduct a free estimate to see if some of the cracks in my foundation were symptomatic of a larger problem, or were anything to worry about. He was very professional, took some measurements – including with a laser level – and looked around for any additional signs of a foundation issue. He took the time to explain things to me, and really helped me understand my foundation, terminology, and things to watch for! He helped to point out that I wasn't in any danger from the issues I saw, and gave me helpful advice on ways to make sure it stays that way! Would highly recommend JES to anyone (and would come back to them if I ever have any other issues), but especially would recommend to first time homeowners who have questions and want a straight up and honest answer on their issues!

After needing to fix a crack in our foundation that was leaking water into the basement we did our due diligence and scouted several estimates. We opted for JES with Rudy Gonzalez and Jose Reyes undertaking the task to complete the repairs. From the moment we met Rudy and Jose they were professional, attentive , and ensured I understood the work prior to starting any repairs. They explained each step of the multi step process and encouraged me to take pictures at each milestone. As the repairs came to a completion Rudy and Jose left the worksite cleaner than when they arrived and put professional touches on the freshly poured concrete. At the end, they again reviewed their work and sought questions. Their customer service was impeccable as they showcased their craftsmanship. Thank you Rudy Gonzalez and Jose Reyes.

We have been struggling with ground water in our basement for years but assumed it would require excavation around the outside of our home which we really did not want to do as we have some very old shrubs. After a visit from Damon Trent, we were pleased to find out that the problem could be solved from inside our home. The crew of Thomas Reamer, Sam Leap, Ramon Goard and Jason Wall arrived on time, were very professional and polite. Of course it rained throughout the day and were wet, muddy and hot. They worked tirelessly throughout the day and did not leave until 9:00 p.m. We are very impressed with the level of competence and dedication by the entire team and recommend them highly. We had our seasonal inspection done by JES today. Andre McDuffie was my service technician and he was excellent! He identified the concerns we had and did his best to correct. He made it very understandable as to why we were having the concerns we do. He will be putting a proposal and price together for the work that needs to be done after discussing it with his manager. Andre is a true credit & and strong asset to JES.
