Our front walkway had separated and sunk down from the driveway edge due to years of settlement helped by water run off from some downspouts. JES Foundation Repair was the most responsive, professional, and customer service oriented of all the companies I reached out to for quotes. Mack came to inspect the job and was more thorough than I was. He took the time to explain the company and the procedure, while inviting any questions I had. Once the contract was signed and the job scheduled, Bryan and Chris came to do the concrete work. They also asked if we had any questions and let us know what we could expect as a result. They took care of the job in less than an hour. We're very happy with the entire process and the results!

I would recommend JES Foundation Repair. Right from the start, I enjoyed working with Elizabeth in the planning of my project. She checked in throughout the entire process. Going in to the project, we knew it was a big project. However we ran into a few unforeseen difficulties, Dada, Cody and Pepe did a great job in communicating with me about the status of our project multiple times a day. While it took a little longer than anticipated, I am just so happy knowing my home is safe from the water that has been damaging my house.

I had a great experience working with Dominique Fitchett the project coordinator. She provided timely updates throughout the entire process, which really helped me stay informed and confident in the work being done. Her customer service was excellent. She was always professional, responsive and willing to answer any questions I had. I also appreciated that she clearly provided me with POC communication upon my request in efforts to connect me with a management team member. She was a pleasure to work with.

Had the pleasure of dealing with Jason Gamse today and he did an excellent job of not only educating us in regards to the work his company does but also assisting us in the best process to get what we needed done to our home. To start, Our Sales representative Blaine Harvey was very professional. Did a complete inspection of the property. Made a few recommendations but really focused and addressed our concern/problem areas. This is greatly appreciated.Roberto and Jose Martinez, the installation crew were very polite and professional as well. Addressed all concerns and answered every question showing their expertise in the field. They were very clean throughout the installation. Under the house was left better than before. We had plastic underneath but needed to be removed in order for them to work. Did not expect them to re-line the ground upon completion but they used heavy duty plastic as a replacement. This is greatly appreciated. It is always the little things that make the difference in projects to homeowners. I would like to also mention Jo in the Richmond area office. Was very helpful in getting the information on the account up to date and taking the payment over the phone. Very well spoken and appreciate the small chit chat. She was a tremendous asset. We will need future work (Cleanspace) and would like to work with JES again.Thank youAndrea

I want to recognize Jeff Doyle for his kindness and professionalism. During his visit with me, he noticed that I had a tree to fall in my yard. Jeff went above and beyond by speaking to some landscapers in my area and helped me secure a great price for the cleanup. He didn't have to, but out of genuine concern, he took the initiative to assist me. I truly appreciate his efforts. It made a lasting impression.
