We had a tremendous experience with JES Foundation Repair. The initial inspection and estimate was thoroughly explained and the appointment was made for the work. We needed to move our auxiliary generator so JES could do the work and JES worked seamlessly with us and our generator company. The scheduling went well. The crews called when they were on their way. They showed up on time and explained everything they were going to accomplish on each day. Before and after pictures were taken and progress was readily shared. Tiger and his crew were professional, polite, and a delight to work with. I wish I had the names of each individual to thank them personally, but they quietly went about their work with industry and effort.The crew took great care to leave as little mark as possible on the landscape. Boards were put down to keep ruts from forming while they ferried a tremendous number of bags of gravel and concrete from their truck to the crawlspace! The holes dug on the outside of the house were prepared with the soil on plastic tarps. When the soil was replaced after repair, the yard looked as if it had never been disturbed. The best part of all of this is that we can really tell the difference in the foundation. Doors open and close with little effort that had previously been very difficult to work. A crack in the drywall can now be patched and painted. The floors are secure. We are very happy with the service and work. Great Job!

Our pathway to the house had partially sunk over the years. We also had some sinking in our driveway. We hired JES to raise the concrete slabs so as to remove what was a pretty serious tripping hazard. Austin Hicks and Seth Hensan were on time, polite, personable, knowledgeable and extremely efficient. They explained everything they were going to do. They were done in less than 90 minutes. Everything looks great. Will definitely use them again! It's safe to walk up to the front door again!

This review is solely for the estimator that came to my home, Michael. He was on time, knowledgeable, pleasant, patient, and kind. He walked me through the whole process, answered all my questions, and showed me photos of past projects. He followed up in a timely manner as I was going through several estimates and shared their price matching and other estimate details. In the end, I went with another company but his professionalism and thoughtfulness are a strong and bright reflection of JES and how they treat their employees and how their employees care about their company!

JES crew of Andrew, Cody and Al arrived around fifteen minutes after a heads-up call from Andrew. Andrew explained the process of leveling the concrete slabs around my pool, and they got after it! These guys worked as a team and accomplished the job in a timely manner. The guys were very professional and volunteered information as they worked. I would definitely call JES for other similar jobs.

Had an inspection for what we thought was foundation sinking. Ian Parnell was awesome, he walked us through all the possibilities and once he finished the inspection helped us identify the actual problem (even though it wasn't foundation) and recommended solutions. Didn't need foundation or crawl space work this time, but when we do we'll call JES.

JES stabilized our house foundation which is in sandy soil close to tidal water. The supervisor, Moises Paz came to the house several times prior to the repair to ensure the engineer had a clear understanding of the problem. He stayed in touch every step of the process. The crew Foreman Jaime Castillo and his team Antonio Canales and Jason Morales were very professional. They put down sheeting to protect the lawns and were careful around the shrubs. Mr. Castillo explained everything he was doing and why. They cleaned up, added top soil and seeded. Very satisfied. We recommend JES and Mr. Paz for any foundation work in Maryland.

We had JES to repair 2 broken joists in our basement. Manny and Jose performed the work. They were extremely good, their work was clean, proficient and they went above and beyond to answer any questions and accommodate the existing ducts and pipes, etc. They were also very friendly and polite and left our home in perfect condition.
