My field inspector Rick Smith drove 2 1/2 hours and then spent 3 hours with me fully inspecting my foundation and explaining every detail of the process and educating me along the way. I felt like he really cared and wasn’t just trying to sell me the most expensive product. Because I felt so comfortable with Rick, I feel confident that JES is going to go above and beyond in repairing my foundation and protecting my home.

I had a fantastic experience with Jeff from JES Foundation Repair. I was worried about separation in my baseboards and door trims, but Jeff was incredibly thorough during his inspection. He took the time to take measurements and photos, ultimately putting my mind at ease by explaining that it was just natural settling for an 8-year-old home. He didn't try to oversell me or use fear tactics. It's rare to find that level of honesty–I'd recommend him to anyone!

I am a very satisfied customer of JES. I contacted the company regarding concerns my husband I had concerning a few cracks in my wallboard, tape pulling away and spongy floors. My initial contact was with Kyle Clayton, Contractor Representative, we talked at length about what was needed to correct our concerns. He went under my home, took photos and shot level lines and I was told the house had a small amount of settlement that was causing my problems and to fix the spongy floors, I was told what was needed and explained how all would work. I agreed to the work, an appointment was set up that day as to when the work would start. I received an e-mail from the company telling me of the person that would be following my job and she would be my contact person for any questions and or complaints. I am happy to say I never had to contact her. I received a phone call reminder as to when the crew would show up to do the repairs and the crew called me that day that they were on their way and would arrive at the time agreed upon. I had 4 steel beams put in with 7 large steel jacks for support. The cracks are repaired to the point that when the wall patch work is done, it will stay repaired and I no longer have spongy floors. The floors are solid and strong feeling. So much better! I would like to thank JES and their crew that did the work under my home. They had a hard job and did it in a friendly, courteous, professional manner. Any question I had was answered on the spot and the Supervisor came to the job every day to be sure everything was being done to my satisfaction and to also answer any questions I had. I would like to thank the Field Superintendent Everado Copado and the crew, Roberto, Fausto and Carmilo for your hard work and leaving my home in better shape than before you arrived. Everything was left clean and tidy and I appreciate your help! Thank you!

We had a lot of issues with water, pests and climate underneath the house. JES, although pricier than the other two contractors (we received three separate estimates), encapsulated our crawl and added additional drainage. It’s like a whole new space under the house. I tend to believe most homeowners don’t understand the hard work that goes on underneath their floors…as a dude that had crawled underneath his house on many occasions, I can tell you that it isn’t easy work due to the various conditions and restrictions. There were a couple communication issues during install, but their team were polite and professional. The finished job looks great. Marley was super patient with my 1,000 questions and concerns, and Chad was knowledgeable and super responsive…he won’t keep a customer hanging.

When we decided to sell our house who knew it would come with so many problems! You find so many things you never noticed and one of those things I noticed was some cracks in the bricks. Called a brick guy and he just wanted to hide it with mortar, but did say I should check my foundation. So I called one company and they tried to rip me off with inflated prices because I’m female. So, I decided a second opinion was necessary. The second company I called was JES Foundation because everyone kept dropping their name. I was wary about calling them because I was afraid it would be too expensive. Man was I wrong. Not only were the prices comparable to the other company I called, they wanted to do it right! The contract actually had a layout of the actual work they would be doing(the other company did not include that!) and when they said they would be here at 8am they were here!!! On time? Augustine and his crew were so great. Professional, caring of my yard and dedicated to their work. I also want to thank Brian Perrin for his inspection and the photos he sent me of my crawlspace. Now at this point you can tell I’m impressed with this company. To say they blew me away is an understatement. I think the moral of my long post is hire the best to get the best. These guys are the best! Thank you JES and your great team.

I would like to commend the JES team(s) that repaired my foundation and flooring in Nov/Dec 2022. Conan B., Eric Z., Corey B., Cameron M. and David H. all worked extremely hard to repair my 1958 rancher and I am very pleased with the results.They were all genuinely determined to do their best work and I am completely satisfied with the result. It was great to see the teamwork and the rapport between the crew and the managers.I learned a lot from them about foundation repair and sagging wooden floors so that was a bonus! We were very pleased with the prompt, courteous, efficient and professional response for service on our Basement Dehumidifier Unit performed by Christopher Phillips on behalf of the JES team today. The unit was initially expertly installed by Andrew Alman with JES and has performed exceptionally well until recently. Mr. Phillips was able to perform a comprehensive diagnostic survey to uncover a problem and to restore complete function. Within minutes our ambient relative humidity was restored and our basement environment improved. JES is fortunate to have Mr. Phillips on the team and we greatly appreciate competent and professional attention to customer service .
