Very appreciate of the work done to solve water issues in my basement. Antoine Gant, Gerald Peoples, and Troy Griffin did a phenomenal job installing a drainage system and pump. Along with the installation work, they also helped clear all the sandbags away from the work area. I’m thankful for their willingness to go above and beyond the scope of the job. It was a huge help. They were tidy, patient, and open to answering any questions I had. After they were done they gave me very specific instructions on how to manage the work area. No complaints at all about the work these gentleman did in my home! Blessings.

Unfortunately, the work we wanted done couldn’t be done because of California codes and regulations, The experience with Kristian was everything that I had expected after listening to the owner of Groundworks on several podcasts, It is obvious this company culture is excellent and customer service first, a rare thing in today’s climate. Interesting. I left a mixed Google review of JES a few months ago. They replied that they checked their records, I was not in their file, and to call them to follow up. The next day, I received a phone call from someone claiming to be from JES, and we set a date and time for him to come to my home to check the problems I had with the work. This person never showed up. Was he even with JES or was someone trying to scam me in some way? I searched his phone number online and nothing came up.

Andre Williams from JES did a long-overdue and much needed inspection of my crawlspace upgrade done by JES. My crawlspace entrance is not very big and can be challenging. I do not feel comfortable attempting to crawl down there! He made sure that the sump pumps and air-handler were all plugged-in and operating—replacing the back-up battery, which was dead. He is extremely knowledgeable, personable, and efficient—I am so grateful to know that everything is working smoothly.

We called JES on a Thursday to come check out some hairline cracks we’d noticed in our foundation, just to be on the safe side. They called us back immediately and had a tech at our home the very next morning! Jeff Tyree was absolutely incredible! He inspected the house thoroughly, was honest, very professional and explained everything to us in a manner we could understand. While we ultimately didn’t have foundation issues, he helped us uncover a different plumbing related issue we did not know existed, which ultimately saved us thousands of dollars! We are so impressed with the honesty, integrity and thoroughness of this company, JES will certainly be our go to for future foundation and related issues. We highly recommend and will refer others to JES!

Paul came to my home to provide an estimate on insulation replacement. He called to inform me he was ahead of schedule and to get permission to arrive a little earlier. He was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and upfront. He provided a full inspection of my crawl space with a video showing exactly where the issues were with my insulation and mold. I felt he was very thorough and honest in his findings and I appreciate that even though the estimate was free, he did not try to force me to make an immediate purchase commitment.
