Had cold floors during the winter and wanted this fixed. Michael Berger came out and suggested encapsulating my craw space. Was very professional and answered all emails immediately. The guys who came out to do the work were very polite and professional. Had 2 separate teams come out and both teams where great. The crawlspace deffinently had its obstacles due to a addition being built previously and hard to get to areas. After the job was done lots of pics were takin so I could see the areas that were hard to get to. This was great because it insured me it was done correctly. The encapsulation looks great and worked well. Had a small coldspot still and was immediately contacted by Sean Wheeler to get this addressed . They came out for free to assure that my issue was addressed and that I was satisfied. Now my floors are warm and it's 25°. Don't be scared to go with the bigger company. JES Foundation is an amazing company and I highly recommend them.

Within three days of calling, JES had Chad onsite to do a thorough inspection. Based on our introductory conversation, I could tell Chad was very knowledgeable and experienced. He spent nearly two hours inspecting my home to identify the cause of the issue I was experiencing. Upon completion, Chad informed me that he and JES could not help. They couldn't help because the problem was not with my basement or foundation walls. Rather he pointed out two downspouts and a grading issue under the down spouts that were caus of my issues. It is not very often I have run across a true professional like Chad who did not put profit over honesty. Because he was honest, I have likely kept thousands of dollars in my pockets and JES Foundation Repair has earned my respect, my honest review, and all future references I make for them to friends and family in the area with foundation issues. Very appreciate of the work done to solve water issues in my basement. Antoine Gant, Gerald Peoples, and Troy Griffin did a phenomenal job installing a drainage system and pump. Along with the installation work, they also helped clear all the sandbags away from the work area. I’m thankful for their willingness to go above and beyond the scope of the job. It was a huge help. They were tidy, patient, and open to answering any questions I had. After they were done they gave me very specific instructions on how to manage the work area. No complaints at all about the work these gentleman did in my home! Blessings.

Thank heaven for JES! Not only did they discover our sump pump had stopped working long ago, but they also recognized the work needed would be beyond just swapping out a pump. The intake lines had clogged and the tank was filled to the brim with unspeakable creepy black gunk. Other companies estimates didn’t include full removal of the crud or clearing intake/outflow lines. Then Ben, the installer arrived. He was 120% professional, respectful, eager, and friendly…even when he found a dead frog floating on the surface of the goop! You can tell that Ben really loves his work. It was joyful to witness his tenacity in getting that tank completely clean even though it took twice as long as was probably expected. And then near the end of the job, when verifying the lines were clear, another frog appeared. This time the frog was alive. Undaunted, Ben rescued and removed it. Throughout the process Ben inspired confidence in the quality and thoroughness of the work to be performed. I would recommend JES from beginning of the estimate process, scheduling communications, through job complete.
