On June 20th I met an inspector named Michael Riskin who came to my house to complete a foundation inspection. The initial problem was my step was cracked and falling apart. I was afraid to walk upstairs. After the the inspection was done I informed his company could not complete the repairs but he didn't just say I am done we can't do the repairs. He took the time to explain the problem and gave me a solution with another company. I felt so comfortable and confident about moving forward with my next step with the help from Micheal. That's not it he also gave me some advice about safe and fixing my steps on my deck in which this was not part of his job. He did not know I had no idea how to go about fixing or get started with anything repairing of those stairs. He took the out of his schedule to text me the size and kind of nails to get and how far to go so I would not cause any more problems. Alexis, Osman, and Alejandro were courteous and professional during the five days I observed them onsite. Our house needed a wall support system installed and a clogged french drain replaced and we are completely satisfied with their work, however, the true test will be when the Spring and Summer rains hit. The original french drain used to run like a river during the wet season but then last year it stopped draining water. Then the water started coming through the wall. We're looking forward to the french drain sump working again this year and no "crying" walls. I'd add some photos of the beautiful work they did but Google has restrictions for upload source – shame on them. Just one of MANY reasons I'm not a google fan.

My two year dehumidifier was leaking a lot of water. I called JES and the service tech (Aric Banks) did an excellent job of fixing the problem. He leveled the pump, cleaned the filter and drain tube and moved the pump to a new location so that the water from the pump would drain more efficiently.
