Chris Good from JES was excellent to work with. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain everything about the foundation and what needed to be done. I never felt rushed and he answered every question I had. You can tell he really knows his stuff and cares about doing the job right. We had our basement walls repaired and a water management system installed in our home over 16 years ago and it is still as good as the day JES installed it. Jay Hyman was our sales rep back then and still works at JES, now as a professional inspector. For the first time in 16 years, I recently reached out to JES to get copies of our old paperwork and Jay and the receptionist at the Manassas office were very friendly and super helpful. They went out of their way to get me what I needed. JES is a rare find, a company that’s stands behind their work – 16 years and counting.

Andre Williams was on time very knowledgeable at his job. Excellent customer service advised me of other things that were needed to improve the air quality in my home. The foundation of my home front porch and explained the importance of the stability of my home and the service call for my Sup pump system was thoroughly inspected and checked and everything is good. Andre is excellent at his job and I greatly appreciated his willingness to help and improve the foundation of my home. I greatly appreciate Andre for helping my family and I and look forward to having him to provide other services to our home. Thank you Karen Estes

I would recommend JES Foundation Repair. Right from the start, I enjoyed working with Elizabeth in the planning of my project. She checked in throughout the entire process. Going in to the project, we knew it was a big project. However we ran into a few unforeseen difficulties, Dada, Cody and Pepe did a great job in communicating with me about the status of our project multiple times a day. While it took a little longer than anticipated, I am just so happy knowing my home is safe from the water that has been damaging my house.

I had a great experience working with Paul Kelly at JES Foundation. From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He took the time to really explain what was going on with my home in a way that actually made sense, and I never felt rushed or pressured into anything. What stood out most was his honesty and attention to detail. He walked me through all my options, answered every question I had, and made sure I felt confident in the decisions being made. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing the job right and taking care of his customers. If you want someone you can trust, I’d highly recommend working with Paul. Five-star experience all around.

We had a lot of hills we had to climb and plans to change but the JES team did it. They started the project, ran into some issues, and had to rewrite the plans. I made a few calls and management came out and the project was back on. Joseph “Joe” Palotas, Certified Field Inspector, and Nick Feaster, Sales Manager, did an amazing job of making sure we could continue the repairs when we hit a wall. Neither Joe nor Nick are scared to get their hands dirty. Nick even came out and explained in detail what needed to be done and put on his boot and went to work helping. The crew, Michael Burrell, Steve Marshall, and Nick Feaster are very nice, polite young men. They did an excellent job getting everything done in an acceptable time manner. When the project was complete they took the time to explain everything to me in great detail. Very happy with the service JES provided.
