PERFECTION all around. Zach Cannon Is absolutely ? great. Best inspection I've had. He's courteous, respectful and when it comes to his job, he's very thorough. He inspects the interior of the home as well and explained why he was asking permission to do so. In the crawlspace he actually checked the jacks and made sure the dehumidifier was clean. It's hard to have a great customer experience these days or receive good customer service. You can tell Zach has pride and takes pride in his work. I'll be requesting him for next year's annual inspection.

After an evaluation by Sean Wheeler, who is very knowledgeable about foundations, basements crawl spaces and recommended by my neighbor. JES encapsulate my crawl space on my home and extend my sump pump drain system. What an amazing crew that came out. Henry Ayala, Jose Rubio, Diego Ayala are top notch professionals, hard working, efficient, polite, took time to explain how things operate. I’ve actually requested that team to come back in the spring time to do some other work from JES. If there were a 100 star rating they would get it. Absolutely excellent!

We had JES to repair 2 broken joists in our basement. Manny and Jose performed the work. They were extremely good, their work was clean, proficient and they went above and beyond to answer any questions and accommodate the existing ducts and pipes, etc. They were also very friendly and polite and left our home in perfect condition.

I had basement waterproofing done and JES did great work. They started the job on schedule and finished a day early. Roberto Lemus, Osman Ochoa and Alejandro Vazquez were fantastic. Roberto kept me informed during the entire process. At the end of every day I was given an update and walk thru. They cleaned up when the entire job was finished. My entire experience with JES has left me completely satisfied. My project was a two day job scheduled by the Inspecter Ryan at the time of his initial visit and the signing of the contract. The foreman, Gregory Shock showed up on time on the days scheduled, April 21st and 22nd, 2025. His attention to detail was incredible and his willingness to answer questions and explain all of the process was so much more than I could have expected. Both during the project and upon completion, he showed himself to be personable, professional, knowledgeable, and able to go above and beyond to make sure that both my wife and I were fully satisfied with the work he performed. His clean-up was thorough. making sure that anything that he disturbed was left as he had found it originally. he even took the time to answer questions before he left related to the warranty on the work that he had performed. Thank you JES, Ryan, and most of all the guy that really did the hard work, Greg
