Blake Snidow was excellent. I would have gave him 10/10 stars if I could. He started our inspection today, on time, & called when on his way. Which around where we live, it’s hard to even get a contractor out to our house. Besides being on time, Blake was efficient and professional the entire time. Making everything easy for us to understand and giving us options on what to do and why. For 2 old people we definitely appreciate Blake’s patience and true passion for working. He’s a great representation of JES & Groundworks.

I had JES Foundation Repair out for an estimate on a drainage issue. While showing the problem, we discovered a separate plumbing issue, water leaking out of the wall. Jason didn’t hesitate to jump in, diagnose it, and fix it even though it wasn’t part of the original job. I didn’t expect that, and I appreciated it. He was professional, easy to work with, and the solution he recommended for the concrete seemed well thought out and reasonable. Would definitely recommend.

We had JES encapsulate our crawl space. All of the insulation had fallen down and the floor was not protected. The crew that came out to do our install (John, Paibai and Mohammad) were fantastic. They did a great job and worked very quickly. They kept me informed of what they were doing and how it was going. The transformation is incredible. I want to thank them for their hard work and great attitudes. They took great pride in making sure everything looked good and was done correctly. They explained all that was done and showed me the final product. I would recommend highly.

We had a tremendous experience with JES Foundation Repair. The initial inspection and estimate was thoroughly explained and the appointment was made for the work. We needed to move our auxiliary generator so JES could do the work and JES worked seamlessly with us and our generator company. The scheduling went well. The crews called when they were on their way. They showed up on time and explained everything they were going to accomplish on each day. Before and after pictures were taken and progress was readily shared. Tiger and his crew were professional, polite, and a delight to work with. I wish I had the names of each individual to thank them personally, but they quietly went about their work with industry and effort.The crew took great care to leave as little mark as possible on the landscape. Boards were put down to keep ruts from forming while they ferried a tremendous number of bags of gravel and concrete from their truck to the crawlspace! The holes dug on the outside of the house were prepared with the soil on plastic tarps. When the soil was replaced after repair, the yard looked as if it had never been disturbed. The best part of all of this is that we can really tell the difference in the foundation. Doors open and close with little effort that had previously been very difficult to work. A crack in the drywall can now be patched and painted. The floors are secure. We are very happy with the service and work. Great Job!

I am only giving Ground Works a 4 star review because of the Gentleman who did the job. Kidd Smith and the crew he was with did AMAZING work and were extremely helpful and respectful in every way!!! I can’t say enough about how amazing their work was. When it comes to the actual company itself they are very arrogant, never did I receive a call back when I needed to speak with them. I had contacted them 2x and NOT ONCE did they return my calls or even acknowledge that I had called. The supervisor “Dan,” was very arrogant on the phone when he accused me of trying to not pay!! Then a Kate called me not long after asking about payment and was not very nice and obviously can’t hear. I explained that when the job was finished I would then write out the check for the remaining balance and that paying over the phone through debit or credit card was not an option. This was explained from the beginning when I sat down and signed all the paperwork and contract. They are not very professional and they definitely don’t know how to communicate between themselves or with clients!!! Kidd Smith and crew Thank you for the AMAZING job done on my sidewalk!!!!

I want to especially acknowledge the team who performed most of the work on a daily basis: Jose Lopez, Daniel Yacila, and Jesus Baires. These three gentlemen knew the work. They communicated the scope and promptly alerted me to issues. They left the work area in a clean and organized condition. Moises did a good job managing the crew. Grateful to work with these men.

Thank you God for connecting me with Mike at JES Foundation Repair. I came across this company’s ad randomly in a coupon book; said free estimate, so I thought why not and scheduled an appointment. I knew someone was coming out today to give me an estimate on restoring the foundation of my home, but Mike did so much more than that; he restored my hope. He was naturally authentic, extremely knowledgeable and explained everything in a way I could actually understand. Most importantly, it wasn’t just about making a sale, he told the truth. I had basement waterproofing done and JES did great work. They started the job on schedule and finished a day early. Roberto Lemus, Osman Ochoa and Alejandro Vazquez were fantastic. Roberto kept me informed during the entire process. At the end of every day I was given an update and walk thru. They cleaned up when the entire job was finished.
