Mr.Aric Banks Was very courteous, approachable, and professional throughout his entire visit. He kept us updated on his arrival time, which was later than expected because of delays at previous appointments. We expressed some concerns regarding some changes And past issues in The basement of our 200+ year-old house. He respectfully acknowledged our concerns and relayed them to the office during the visit. We hope to continue to have Aric return as needed for future inspections.

Shortly after Christmas, I walked down to my basement and realized my baseboard was discolored and there was obviously some sort of moisture issue in that area. Turns out, my foundation was cracked. It was very visible from the outside. Oh no. Who do I call for that? I googled and found JES. This company is great. I called. They got me on the schedule right away. Shannon came out for my inspection and consultation was very thorough. Then, following that, the work was scheduled very timely, as well. The day of the work, I met the foreman, Brian, and his crew. Brian walked me through what they would do and, immediately, I knew this was the guy/crew that was going to fix my problem. I just had that feeling. Anyway, if you live in their service area and need foundation repair, then call JES. Their work is quality.

Had a problem with our hot water tank not producing hot water. Our technician, Mike H., was straight forward and gave us our options. He even said if we wanted to find other prices that they'd price match (from certified companies). We decided with getting a new tank and thankfully we did because it started leaking while they were working on it. They came Tuesday to do their initial inspection, then came Wednesday to install out new hot water tank! Very happy with the service and friendliness. He also kept shoe covers on and made sure to keep doors closed since we have pets. Highly recommend

Andre Williams was on time very knowledgeable at his job. Excellent customer service advised me of other things that were needed to improve the air quality in my home. The foundation of my home front porch and explained the importance of the stability of my home and the service call for my Sup pump system was thoroughly inspected and checked and everything is good. Andre is excellent at his job and I greatly appreciated his willingness to help and improve the foundation of my home.
