Carlos has been a great rep to have. He’s quick to respond and respectful of the property. He convinced me in getting the annual maintenance plan and I have been very pleased with it. Any issues that come up from the initial work is quickly addressed and resolved by Carlos.

JES was a great experience: Original contact Josh was on time, professional, friendly, knowledgeable. Explained the process and realistic expectations. Set repair date less than a week away. Installers called to notify of arrival time. CJ and Truman were on time, very polite and personable. Explained what they were going to do to be sure we were in agreement and how they were going to do it and discussed expected result. They were very proficient at the process. Repair was complicated covered entryway but outcome was excellent. CJ and Truman very competent and pleasant. Work site was clean and neat on departure. These people know what they are doing and are very good at it. Highly recommended.

T. Jason DeBosky Was the inspector that came to my home to Address a problem I was having with my sidewalk. Jason took the time to explain how the problem I was having could be fixed. He was easy to talk to, very professional patient and knowledgeable. He Gave me opportunities to ask questions & he Provided answers that allowed me to make the decision to go ahead with the project. The day the work started the foreman Bryan Took the time to explain the different outcomes that could possibly happen after the sidewalk was lifted, He wanted to make sure that I fully understood the process and he too gave me the opportunity to ask questions, the answers he provided helped me to make the decision to go ahead with the project. He & the installer Seth were awesome, they were respectful of the property & vehicles making sure the vehicle was properly covered so that no debris would blow on it. . They both were skillful, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I am so very happy with the outcome of the work they performed. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND JES!

Thank you God for connecting me with Mike at JES Foundation Repair. I came across this company’s ad randomly in a coupon book; said free estimate, so I thought why not and scheduled an appointment. I knew someone was coming out today to give me an estimate on restoring the foundation of my home, but Mike did so much more than that; he restored my hope. He was naturally authentic, extremely knowledgeable and explained everything in a way I could actually understand. Most importantly, it wasn’t just about making a sale, he told the truth. He truly believes in this company, the services they offer and the people he is helping. I appreciate him and all the above more than he knows. His spirit is what the world needs more of.
