JES Foundation Repair Announces New Leadership Changes

Virginia Beach, VA (January 28, 2019) – JES Foundation Repair, a Groundworks company, announced new leadership changes in its Virginia Beach, VA branch. Ryan Bernard, who previously oversaw Operations, has been promoted to General Manager. Brian Stocks, who has been a Certified Field Inspector since 2015, has been selected to be the new Sales Manager. Bernard will be responsible for managing all operations at the Virginia Beach branch, which serves all of Hampton Roads, Northeastern North Carolina, and parts of the Eastern Shore region in Virginia. Stocks’ duties will be to manage the expectations and performance of the branch’s team of Certified Field Inspectors.

“This is a great opportunity to continue to grow with the company,” said Bernard. I’m excited to enter into my eighth year here with new responsibilities, but most importantly, I look forward to helping JES’ operations continue down a path of success.”

Bernard, a former marine, is no stranger to the operations, production, and sales sides of the business. In 2011, Bernard started out as an installer then three months later worked his way up into a foreman position. Less than a year later he was in the field as a Certified Field Inspector. He has also held the positions of Assistant Sales Manager and Production Manager. “His vast knowledge of our company and industry make Ryan a perfect fit for General Manager, ” said George Frates, JES President. “We’re proud to see Ryan grow within JES and look forward to the leadership he brings to the position and overall company.”

Stocks has also been in the construction industry for nearly 20 years and holds a Class B Contractors license. As a former owner of multiple businesses, Stock also brings a keen eye to the analytical and financial side of the business. With his passion to see JES grow, he will lead JES’ Certified Field Inspectors into another year of unprecedented development and achievement.
