JES Foundation Repair Hires Brady Howard as General Manager

VIRGINIA BEACH, VA (July 31, 2020) – JES Foundation Repair, a Groundworks^® company, today announced it has hired Brady Howard as its new General Manager of their Virginia Beach branch. Howard, an experienced operations leader, will oversee the day-to-day activities of Virginia’s leading provider of foundation repair, crawl space encapsulation, basement waterproofing and concrete lifting services.

“Brady is a strategic thinker and we are excited for the innovation and positive changes that he will bring to our Virginia Beach branch. As a native of the Hampton Roads market he is very familiar with not only our customers but also our company,” stated Regional Manager, George Frates.

Howard comes to JES from KITCO Fiber Optics where he served as Navy segment manager. At KITCO, which provides fiber optic communications systems to commercial and U.S. military customers, Howard oversaw West Coast and East Coast technical service and training operations for all of KITCO’s Navy fleet installations. Howard’s extensive operations background was further built at Roto-Rooter, where he was a General Manager and field training/excavation Sales Manager, and at Enterprise Rent-A-Car.

Howard attended James Madison University where he earned a degree in kinesiology, with minors in business and sports management. He also played on the university’s varsity volleyball team. Howard and his wife Tami have two sons, Ethan and Landon, and stay busy with Ethan’s travel soccer team.
