JES Appoints Steve Frey as President of Virginia Operations

JES Companies (JES), the nation’s largest foundation repair company, today announced that Steve Frey has been named President of Virginia Operations. In his new role, Frey will be responsible for the performance of company operations across five (5) branches including our Salem satellite location in the state of Virginia.  Frey will place a significant focus on driving branch operations.  Specifically, he will be responsible for production, planning, scheduling, recruiting, training, and quality assurance as well as leading further Virginia market development and expansion.  

“Steve is a seasoned and experienced executive, with a recent history in leading several of our branches in Virginia,” said JES Chief Operations Officer (COO) C.P. Davis.  “His track record of success in both our Northern Virginia and Southwest Virginia markets coupled with his prior history of growing and leading multiple businesses will be extremely valuable as we continue the growth of JES Companies.”  Steve will report to the COO.

Prior to joining JES Companies, Frey served as a Partner at private equity firm Succession Capital Partners, Chief Financial Officer of Alchemy Global Holdings, Managing Director at private equity firm Winston Partners, and Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions at JP Morgan.

Frey holds an undergraduate degree from The University of Virginia and also holds an MBA from Virginia’s Darden Graduate School of Business.
