JES Announces Leadership Change at Central Virginia Regional Branch

Chester, VA (December 5, 2018) – JES Foundation Repair, a Groundworks Company, announced today that several new leadership changes have been implemented in its Chester, VA, branch. Nick Feaster, who previously served as Sales Manager since 2014, has been promoted to General Manager. Kyle Clayton, who has been a Certified Field Inspector since 2016 has been selected to be the new Sales Manager. Feaster will be responsible for managing all operations at the Chester branch, which serves the Richmond, Charlottesville, and Fredericksburg regions of Virginia. Clayton’s duties will be to manage the expectations and performance of the branch’s eighteen Certified Field Inspectors.

Feaster has literally grown up in the foundation repair and basement waterproofing industry, having started 14 years ago in the company’s call center in Hampton Roads. Nick eventually moved onto a field production team where he worked his way up to foreman. Using the experience gained in the field, Feaster found his way into sales, where he excelled as one of the company’s top Certified Field Inspectors. Feaster was later tapped to transfer from Virginia Beach to the Manassas office as Sales Manager. After a successful tenure growing the company’s Northern Virginia and Maryland, territories, Nick was offered the opportunity to move closer to family and become Sales Manager of the Chester, VA operation, where he has served for the last four years.

Clayton has spent a lifetime in the home services industry. Growing up in a family HVAC business, Kyle worked there for 10 years after achieving a degree in Environmental Science and Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Commonwealth University. In 2016 he left the family business, lured by the opportunity for growth, to become a Certified Filed Inspector at JES Foundation Repair.
