Taylor Jeffries came out and gave me a quote for foundation work at my home. He arrived on time and was very professional and informative. He offered me a payment plan option for the work that is affordable whenever I’m ready to move forward. I greatly appreciated JES did NOT charge me for an estimate it was free! (when I called BAY Crawl Space & Foundation they were going to charge me $500 just for an estimate because my home was built in 1920) Because of the information Taylor Jeffries from JES gave me I know my next steps moving forward and what to expect when getting the foundation on my home repaired, Thank you so much!

Had cold floors during the winter and wanted this fixed. Michael Berger came out and suggested encapsulating my craw space. Was very professional and answered all emails immediately. The guys who came out to do the work were very polite and professional. Had 2 separate teams come out and both teams where great. The crawlspace deffinently had its obstacles due to a addition being built previously and hard to get to areas. After the job was done lots of pics were takin so I could see the areas that were hard to get to. This was great because it insured me it was done correctly. The encapsulation looks great and worked well. Had a small coldspot still and was immediately contacted by Sean Wheeler to get this addressed . They came out for free to assure that my issue was addressed and that I was satisfied. Now my floors are warm and it's 25°. Don't be scared to go with the bigger company. JES Foundation is an amazing company and I highly recommend them.

Brian performed a walk through of the project before and after the word explaining what would be accomplished and the final walk through to show the excellent workmanship. I truly appreciate their work and the benefit the installation will bring. Please send this crew again if and when I need more foundational work. I also want to thank Brian Ventura for his excellent and professional annual inspection of my house and recommendation to have this work completed. JES, keep serving the residents happy in maintaining safe home with solid foundations.

I initially called to have one shower knob replaced, but elected to have both the ones the two oldest bathrooms because of the age of my residence. Great job, Angela and Patrick. I highly recommend A-1 Sewer and Drain.

I recently had to have some foundation work done to my home as well as getting it encapsulated. We decided to go with JES Foundation Repair and could not have been anymore pleased. It was a 4 day job and we had the pleasure of getting to know Joe Autry and Dontay. They arrived every day with a smile on their face ready to go to work. They explained what they were doing each day as they completed the project. Joe Autry and Dontay are a true asset to JES Foundation Repair. If anyone is ever in need of Foundation work or encapsulation JES is the place to call

The personnel at JES Foundation Repair Ashland were consummate professionals from the beginning of the process to the end. Our 90-plus-year-old house was sinking by 2" in its middle, so it was imperative that we right the foundation. Tice, utilizing high-tech equipment, assiduously inspected our house for a full four hours, going through every possible detail in a comprehensive and fully comprehensible way–including his offering of affordable financing. In addition, he kept in contact with us every step of the way, patiently answering our multitudinous queries and most importantly aiding us in navigating the permitting process through Albemarle county. Roberto and Oscar, who did the install of a dozen beams and a sump pump, were highly knowledgeable, had numerous years of experience, and worked tirelessly in their doing of a superior job on site; they also did a nice job of cleaning up on the last day. Materials were of the highest quality–there was no cutting corners with JES. All went seamlessly from the beginning of the process to its culmination. I have no reservations whatsoever about JES Foundation and the work they did, and would unhesitatingly recommend them to anyone–the peace of mind they brought us, knowing that our house's foundation is once again stable, is priceless.

I am a very satisfied customer of JES. I contacted the company regarding concerns my husband I had concerning a few cracks in my wallboard, tape pulling away and spongy floors. My initial contact was with Kyle Clayton, Contractor Representative, we talked at length about what was needed to correct our concerns. He went under my home, took photos and shot level lines and I was told the house had a small amount of settlement that was causing my problems and to fix the spongy floors, I was told what was needed and explained how all would work. I agreed to the work, an appointment was set up that day as to when the work would start. I received an e-mail from the company telling me of the person that would be following my job and she would be my contact person for any questions and or complaints. I am happy to say I never had to contact her. I received a phone call reminder as to when the crew would show up to do the repairs and the crew called me that day that they were on their way and would arrive at the time agreed upon. I had 4 steel beams put in with 7 large steel jacks for support. The cracks are repaired to the point that when the wall patch work is done, it will stay repaired and I no longer have spongy floors. The floors are solid and strong feeling. So much better! I would like to thank JES and their crew that did the work under my home. They had a hard job and did it in a friendly, courteous, professional manner. Any question I had was answered on the spot and the Supervisor came to the job every day to be sure everything was being done to my satisfaction and to also answer any questions I had. I would like to thank the Field Superintendent Everado Copado and the crew, Roberto, Fausto and Carmilo for your hard work and leaving my home in better shape than before you arrived. Everything was left clean and tidy and I appreciate your help! Thank you!

We had our basement walls repaired and a water management system installed in our home over 16 years ago and it is still as good as the day JES installed it. Jay Hyman was our sales rep back then and still works at JES, now as a professional inspector. For the first time in 16 years, I recently reached out to JES to get copies of our old paperwork and Jay and the receptionist at the Manassas office were very friendly and super helpful. They went out of their way to get me what I needed. JES is a rare find, a company that’s stands behind their work – 16 years and counting.

Shortly after Christmas, I walked down to my basement and realized my baseboard was discolored and there was obviously some sort of moisture issue in that area. Turns out, my foundation was cracked. It was very visible from the outside. Oh no. Who do I call for that? I googled and found JES. This company is great. I called. They got me on the schedule right away. Shannon came out for my inspection and consultation was very thorough. Then, following that, the work was scheduled very timely, as well. The day of the work, I met the foreman, Brian, and his crew. Brian walked me through what they would do and, immediately, I knew this was the guy/crew that was going to fix my problem. I just had that feeling. Anyway, if you live in their service area and need foundation repair, then call JES. Their work is quality.
