JES Foundation Repair Sponsors and Volunteers with St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital

Volunteers from JES Foundation Repair in Virginia Beach came together at the Virginia Living Museum to donate their time at the 16^th Annual Hampton Roads Spring Fling benefitting St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. The volunteers aided attendees in the parking lot, greeted guests with warm smiles at the front door, and served refreshments at the fundraising event. 

Additionally, JES served as a sponsor of the event to benefit St. Jude’s mission to mission to advance cures for pediatric catastrophic diseases through research and treatment.  Through other company sponsors, on-site donations, and a silent auction, the event raised $140,000 for St. Jude.

This opportunity was made possible by the ‘Goodworks’ program at JES, where employees are encouraged to participate in non-profit partnerships and volunteerism to give back to their local communities. In addition to the fundraising event, JES employees will have the opportunity to participate in walks across the country for Childhood Cancer Awareness Month in September.
