I had basement waterproofing done and JES did great work. They started the job on schedule and finished a day early. Roberto Lemus, Osman Ochoa and Alejandro Vazquez were fantastic. Roberto kept me informed during the entire process. At the end of every day I was given an update and walk thru. They cleaned up when the entire job was finished. On the installation day the foreman Joel Lugo and his team members Jose Garcia Roberto Lemus and Jose Alejandro Vazquez showed up. They were very skilled and knew a lot about their work. I had 3 intelijacks installed in a day w/ minimal cleanup. They were friendly, efficient and knew how to do this based on engineering plans. Jesus Baires, Freddy & Walter Zavaleta know what they are doing so if they arrive, . . . . you are in good hands. They cleared up my misunderstanding and were very understanding. The cost of installing is a bit pricey but it will be done safely and at code. Get Gerald to do your estimate and engineering. He knows his stuff!

They informed us of each step along the way and explained everything thoroughly and completely. They used pictures from their phones to help explain the process and what they were doing. After they finished their work, they cleaned up the work area, gave us all the written information we needed, explained everything — they were so informative, helpful, knowledgeable, kind, WARM and FRIENDLY! It's so nice to work with friendly, happy, smiling people! What an amazing staff — Ally at the office — thank you for answering our questions, being so efficient, providing assistance, and being so warm and friendly, too. The JES crew gave us the invaluable peace of mind that our basement will stay dry. No more worries about rain or mold or mildew or critters getting in! We give you 100 stars! All As, 100%!
