JES Foundation Crew of Brian Swain (Foreman), Gio and David arrived on site and were all very friendly, professional and knowledgeable of the job. Brian performed a walk through of the project before and after the word explaining what would be accomplished and the final walk through to show the excellent workmanship. I truly appreciate their work and the benefit the installation will bring. Please send this crew again if and when I need more foundational work. I also want to thank Brian Ventura for his excellent and professional annual inspection of my house and recommendation to have this work completed. I enjoyed working with the JES crew, consisting of A. Grant, G. Peoples, T. Griffin and M. Usury. I am pleased to share my positive experience. They called to confirm their arrival an hour in advance, which I appreciated, and they arrived promptly. Their unwavering dedication was evident as they worked professionally for over six hours, demonstrating a solid commitment to quality. The team's attention to detail was commendable, particularly in their prep work and care for protecting the interior space, as well as in the installation and cleanup processes. I was particularly impressed by the team's exceptional communication and collaboration skills, which played a significant role in the project's success. Had not heard of concrete lifting until late last year. Have had settled concrete slabs on our sidewalk along with a settling slab on the walkway to our front door. These were both an eyesore and a hazard (my husband tripped and had a hard fall). Celeste came to the house and proposed a course of action. She explained things and stayed until our questions were answered. We are very happy with the results. When the sidewalk slabs could not be sufficiently lifted because of underlying roots, they replaced the slabs with new concrete at no extra charge! The employees are all very friendly, courteous and responsive.

Had cold floors during the winter and wanted this fixed. Michael Berger came out and suggested encapsulating my craw space. Was very professional and answered all emails immediately. The guys who came out to do the work were very polite and professional. Had 2 separate teams come out and both teams where great. The crawlspace deffinently had its obstacles due to a addition being built previously and hard to get to areas. After the job was done lots of pics were takin so I could see the areas that were hard to get to. This was great because it insured me it was done correctly. The encapsulation looks great and worked well. Had a small coldspot still and was immediately contacted by Sean Wheeler to get this addressed . They came out for free to assure that my issue was addressed and that I was satisfied. Now my floors are warm and it's 25°. Don't be scared to go with the bigger company. JES Foundation is an amazing company and I highly recommend them.
