I had my crawl space encapsulated. We had a problem with moisture seeping through the cement blocks of the crawl space, which then allowed mold to grow. Freddy, Jesus, and Juan did a great job with the installation. They were efficient and the process only took a few hours. Justin the electrician was also really great. And Steven our salesman was very helpful and informative. The price was fair too. I would recommend JES Foundation if you need your crawl space encapsulated.

I contacted JES Foundation Repair to fix my sinking driveway and I was completely impressed by the professionalism and dedication demonstrated by everyone I met. Bryan Rutherford and Morgan Oakley arrived at my home right on time. They were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. They started working right away, also took the time to thoroughly explain to me the entire process and gave me an accurate estimated time of completion. When the job was about 90% finished, unfortunately a piece of equipment broke down. They finished the remaining tasks as much as they could, cleaned the worksite and promised to come back a week later to complete the job, as soon as the faulty equipment was fixed. To my surprise, Bryan called me the next morning and told me that he’d be back on that day, as he was concerned about the unsealed area of the driveway and wanted to take care of it right away. He managed to find a workaround, drove to my house (out of his way) and completed the remaining job. They did such a fantastic job my driveway almost looks like a new one again! Thank you, Bryan, Morgan, Jesse for your help. I would not hesitate to recommend JES Foundation Repair to anyone in need of reliable and trustworthy concrete repair.

I had my slab lifted with push piers then filled with poly and this company came in a tad bit more expensive than some other companies however the quality and warranty made them worth the extra cost, which in my opinion is marginal, and their team was professional and explained everything so I knew what was going on during the process. I definitely recommend JES for your foundation repair needs. Huge thanks to the crew that did the repair for push piers it was Agustin G., Agustin L. and Eduardo L. Poly was Andrew F. and Steven S. Super professional they got in did their work and cleaned up great looks like no one was ever there.

JES stabilized our house foundation which is in sandy soil close to tidal water. The supervisor, Moises Paz came to the house several times prior to the repair to ensure the engineer had a clear understanding of the problem. He stayed in touch every step of the process. The crew Foreman Jaime Castillo and his team Antonio Canales and Jason Morales were very professional. They put down sheeting to protect the lawns and were careful around the shrubs. Mr. Castillo explained everything he was doing and why. They cleaned up, added top soil and seeded. Very satisfied. We recommend JES and Mr. Paz for any foundation work in Maryland.

My experience was great. JB worked with us up front to get all of the preliminary things in place and help us understand what needed to be done, how it was going to be done, and was always accessible when I had questions. When the job got started there were two unexpected situations. They pivoted quickly, included me in the decision that needed to be made, and worked it from there. Jose led the work and was amazing. He was extremely helpful, took time to walk me through what was going to be done, answer my questions, and keep me informed along the way. Add to that his great attitude and it was a good experience all around.

My scheduled appointment with Cameron ******** from the Mobile, AL. branch was for 12:00 noon, and before the time of the appointment, I received a phone call from Cameron, who stated that he had finished early on another job in the area and wanted to see if I would like to have him come out sooner. I was very pleased to hear that and I was accommodating. Once Cameron arrived, he introduced himself and we sat down to go over the entire process of what the inspection was going to entail. Cameron was very professional, knowledgeable of the job, and a very polite man. After going over the process, Cameron asked if there were any questions I had for him or concerns I've noticed since the install. I did go over a couple of things that were noticed and I was reassured all would be investigated and corrected within the company's ability (Meaning anything outside of what they can do, won't be able to be done which, makes perfect sense). The process of measuring, analyzing, and making adjustments went smooth and quick. Cameron then sat back down with me to discuss his assessment of things and what was done. The appointment from the AFS company that is located out of Mobile, AL. was for my yearly inspection. This was the second interaction with AFS and each time, I have been very impressed and pleased. AFS does not disappoint and relying on them to correctly do the work on one of the most important jobs on a home, is why I love this company! This company is my "go to" for life, and so should it be for all that need this type of work done! Again, a big shout out to Cameron ******** for a job well done! Thank you!

I had a consultation with Paul Grauer yesterday, and I must say I was extremely impressed with how thorough and professional he was throughout the entire process. He took the time to clearly explain the company, the foundation repair process, and how the materials would be applied, ensuring I fully understood every step. What stood out to me most was the level of care and patience he showed during our conversation. He even encouraged me to call my wife so she could be included in the discussion and have all of her questions answered as well. At no point did I feel rushed — he made sure we were comfortable, informed, and confident in the process. That level of customer service and attention to detail is exactly what earned my business. During my annual inspection March 27, 2026, it was determined that my property required several jacks to address a settling issue. This discovery led to the need for a professional installation to remedy the problem. On April 15, 2026, I had the pleasure of meeting my installation crew: Shakeen B, Darnell L, and Benard M. They contacted me beforehand to let me know when they would arrive. Upon their arrival, the crew explained in detail what the installation process would entail. Their clear communication ensured I understood each step before the work began. The crew promptly began the job, completing all tasks efficiently. Once the work was finished, they thoroughly cleaned up the area. Photos were taken of the completed work, and I was advised that these would be sent to me for my records. Additionally, the crew informed me about the timeline for their return visit to inspect the newly installed jacks. All JES personnel have consistently demonstrated professionalism and courtesy. They keep clients fully informed throughout the process, ensuring transparency about all work being done. Based on my experience, I highly recommend JES to anyone in need of foundation repairs. Service Tech Brandon H cae for my yearly inspection of the wall braces and sump pump. Brandon was ever the orofessional as we reviewed my covered services and explained some other options for me to consider for the future. The braces were fine, the in checking the sump pump, we found it needed to be replaced. Brandon thoroughly explained the situation and replaced my sump pump in timely fashion. It was a pleasure meeting and engaging with him.

We contacted JES to come out to give us an estimate for spray insulation in the crawl space to help with the cold floors in our home. Blake Snidow came out to meet with us. He went in the crawl space and did an inspection. He found we had several issues under there that he suggested we take care of first. Blake came back after reviewing and gave us several options to correct our issues. He did a great job explaining everything. Unfortunately at this time being on a fixed income we are not going to fix the issues. When we can do it we will definitely call JES.

They also followed up on their work by checking back with us a few days later to ensure we were satisfied. I'd especially like to thank Chaun and his crew for their exceptional work. A clear master of his trade, Chaun ensured our concerns were met beyond expectations. JES has completed two separate jobs on my home. Recently, we had them encapsulate our crawl space due to excessive moisture and a budding mold problem. Rudy González expertly conducted an in depth inspection of the area and showed us all the existing and potential issues. He quickly arranged for a quick response team to do our job while the weather was dry. Osman, Alejandro and Roverto worked extremely hard to complete this project in one day. We now have an encapsulated crawl space that can now serve as additional storage. it is super dry and has a humidifier installed to maintain a dry environment. These guys work hard and our very easy to work with. Please note that "encapsulation" is a real "dirty job" but these guys are true professionals.

Couldnt be happier with the project quality and communication from the workers on sight. The crawl space encapsulation looked very meticulously combed over and done with care and skill, the drain lines dug outside were also done with superb quality but the highlight of the project was without a doubt the workers. Reed Norvell, Charles Simmons, and Darin Harris were incredible workers that were extremely polite and transparent about the state of the job as they relayed regular updates. They were all hospitable, and great at making sure we actively understood what was going on every step of the way not to mention how pleasent and enjoyable they were to talk to. Even with a project this vital and expensive its really the quality of the people and how much you can tell they are putting in that make it a great job and these three workers were truly great, really could not ask for more.
