I called JES to look at my basement to make sure i didn’t have any water coming in our laundry room and crawl space, the technicians name was Chad Anderson and he was the best. He took his time and really explained everything he was doing and gave me options. Eventhough we decided not to use JES at this time, if i ever need help i will definitely use them because of Chad.

Chris and Ben did a very thorough job of inspecting and servicing my sump pumps and crawlspace dehumidifier. They also took the time to re-tape an area of my encapsulation which had been taken up by a plumber. They conducted a thorough inspection of moisture levels in my crawlspace and advised on my concerns about potential clogged drain tiles in my garage and what to monitor. They were very knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend.

We need two bathroom faucets replaced, with an angle stop. The tech came in, looked at the job, determined the stop couldn't be replaced due to stop placement. He was able to replace the guts, and then proceed to replace the faucets.

Brian performed a walk through of the project before and after the word explaining what would be accomplished and the final walk through to show the excellent workmanship. I truly appreciate their work and the benefit the installation will bring. Please send this crew again if and when I need more foundational work. I also want to thank Brian Ventura for his excellent and professional annual inspection of my house and recommendation to have this work completed. Jeswork was really great. The construction engineer took photos of my crawlspace and explained in detail their recommendations and the cost and financing. The work team was excellent and explained what they did each day and showed pictures. They found termites and got in contact with a pest contractor before the encapsulation when my termite contractor failed to come and treat the termites.
