We had another great experience with JES Foundation Repair. This was the third time we’ve used them and we were once again incredibly happy with the end result. Diego, Henry, and Adrian installed 3 foundation piers and did an outstanding job from start to finish. They were professional, hardworking, respectful of our property, and took the time to explain everything along the way. The crew worked efficiently and made sure the job was done right. I am very pleased with the service that I received from A1 Plumbing’s service technician “Lee”. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant. I had a leak in my kitchen that was ruining several of the vinyl laminate floor planks. I needed to know where this leak was coming from. I had just replaced my refrigerator and dishwasher and had them professionally installed. He traced my water lines and found a slow leak in one of the water lines leading to an old kitchen heater. He explained to me what he could do to fix the problem and we scheduled a time for him to make the repairs. Repairs have been done and no more leak. I highly recommend A1 Plumbing.

Thank you God for connecting me with Mike at JES Foundation Repair. I came across this company’s ad randomly in a coupon book; said free estimate, so I thought why not and scheduled an appointment. I knew someone was coming out today to give me an estimate on restoring the foundation of my home, but Mike did so much more than that; he restored my hope. The team who fixed our support beams/foundation was wonderful. I can’t say enough good things about Freddy Zavaleta, Walter Zavaleta, and Jaime Salas who did the repairs: they were friendly, timely, and did wonderful work. Also, the permit team at JES really helped us when we still hadn’t received word from the city and it had been 6 weeks (and my husband and I had been sleeping on the couch and floor because the support beams were so bad under our room). Within three days of calling, JES had Chad onsite to do a thorough inspection. Based on our introductory conversation, I could tell Chad was very knowledgeable and experienced. He spent nearly two hours inspecting my home to identify the cause of the issue I was experiencing. Upon completion, Chad informed me that he and JES could not help. They couldn't help because the problem was not with my basement or foundation walls. Rather he pointed out two downspouts and a grading issue under the down spouts that were caus of my issues. It is not very often I have run across a true professional like Chad who did not put profit over honesty. Because he was honest, I have likely kept thousands of dollars in my pockets and JES Foundation Repair has earned my respect, my honest review, and all future references I make for them to friends and family in the area with foundation issues. Thank you Chad and JES for your ethics, honesty, and promptness! – Dave H

Conan B., Eric Z., Corey B., Cameron M. and David H. all worked extremely hard to repair my 1958 rancher and I am very pleased with the results.They were all genuinely determined to do their best work and I am completely satisfied with the result. It was great to see the teamwork and the rapport between the crew and the managers.I learned a lot from them about foundation repair and sagging wooden floors so that was a bonus! We are in the 19 month of an expected 3 month addition build and kitchen remodel. During the process major errors were made in our foundation for the addition that led to flooding and our new addition crawl space not even being able to pass inspection.Brian at JES came in and helped us understand everything that had gone wrong with the original foundation work by our contractor and then helped us create a plan with him and JES to fix everything and get it right.Brian came by the house regularly, checked on our needs, helped us with financing, and helped us prep for the work.Then Paul and team came in and in 2 days totally transformed but was called “the mud room” (our addition crawl space) to a place that could pass foundation inspections and was clean and usable storage space.I cannot say in words how grateful I am for JES and team. Not only did they do the work with excellence … they cared and excelled in listening to us and working with us to rectify a really challenging situation.Thank you JES !

I met with Jeff Doyle today about what I thought was an issue in our crawl space. He was able to quickly identify it was a non issue and put us at ease. Honesty and integrity are hard to come by these days and I really appreciated that he did not try and take advantage of me and my family. If anything else comes up they will be my first call.
