To start, Our Sales representative Blaine Harvey was very professional. Did a complete inspection of the property. Made a few recommendations but really focused and addressed our concern/problem areas. This is greatly appreciated.Roberto and Jose Martinez, the installation crew were very polite and professional as well. Addressed all concerns and answered every question showing their expertise in the field. They were very clean throughout the installation. Under the house was left better than before. We had plastic underneath but needed to be removed in order for them to work. Did not expect them to re-line the ground upon completion but they used heavy duty plastic as a replacement. This is greatly appreciated. It is always the little things that make the difference in projects to homeowners. I would like to also mention Jo in the Richmond area office. Was very helpful in getting the information on the account up to date and taking the payment over the phone. Very well spoken and appreciate the small chit chat. She was a tremendous asset.
