Certified Field Inspector Joe Crossed came out and gave some great information and solutions about a moisture intrusion problem in our basement. Not only did Joe discover the source of the intrusion, which we did not know about previously , he did not try to upsell us on the solution. He provided solutions on downspout extensions, dehumidifying our basement with a JES dehumidifyer, and solving a major water pooling issue in our yard. Knowledgeable and professional company
