Purchased a home about a year ago and have been experiencing water collecting around the foundation during rains and one of the floors had a sag to it. We contacted JES, they sent out Howard to evaluate and provide an estimate for the work. Howard was very good at explaining the foundation issue we were experiencing and recommended several solutions to stabilize the home. There was a lot of different items needed for our project so we would advise that the contract you sign contains all of the details listed out, not just what has been included in the diagram. May provide another review once all work has been completed.
