My thanks to Dillon Darling and David Gaskins of JES for their diligent and excellent work while installing an interior drainage system to repair a wall crack in my basement, along with a quality sump pump. Dillon and David explained the drainage system and answered my questions, thoroughly and courteously. They understood my need to feel comfortable with how the system would work, so they showed me what things looked like during certain steps of the process. Foundation problems are every homeowner’s nightmare, and though my problem was relatively small compared to others, Dillon and David treated my situation with the utmost care and concern, and that is great customer service.
