When making my appointment I did have a particular issue but wanted to get my crawl space assessed for preventative (just in case) reasons. Mike Stehman was amazing. He was on time and was friendly and professional when introducing himself. While in my crawl space he took videos of all his findings and even changed the battery to my fire alarm (which was extremely helpful because I am wheelchair user). After, we discussed the findings, he answered all of my many questions to make sure I understood the plan of action. He gave me my quote promptly and explained potential options for financing the project. There was no pressure and I felt very comfortable through the entire process. Thanks so much Mike!
