We had originally worked with a different company, but discovered that they did not inform us of the depth clause that come with installing helical piers. This would have resulted in thousands of dollars of additional hidden costs while still only having a very short warranty. Jose Amaya from JES helped us find that push piers were the best option because there is no depth clause and the warranty on these piers is for the life of the home.
