I would like to commend the JES team(s) that repaired my foundation and flooring in Nov/Dec 2022. Conan B., Eric Z., Corey B., Cameron M. and David H. all worked extremely hard to repair my 1958 rancher and I am very pleased with the results.They were all genuinely determined to do their best work and I am completely satisfied with the result. It was great to see the teamwork and the rapport between the crew and the managers.I learned a lot from them about foundation repair and sagging wooden floors so that was a bonus! Thanks guys!Mary B.

JES team was professional, punctual, and highly responsive to my questions regarding the project chartered. Jorge, the project manager, maintained communications well, answered my questions in a timely manner, and offered up solutions which met the needs of the specific project. Ahmed Fotana and Kevin Roberts, the two on-site technicians, were punctual, took the time to educate me while performing the job, and the workmanship met my quality expectations. Damon T came up with a convincing sales pitch, and we were impressed by the thoroughness of the plan. We ended up declining one small portion of Damon's original plan – after consultation with Tash and his team during the installation process. The company took the full price off our bill. The crew of Tash, Justin, Maurice, and Drew were highly professional in their 2-day stint at our house waterproofing the basement. Very pleased with how they answered our questions. The team had a disagreement with another part of the original sales plan, but their plan ended with a much better solution for our basement. The original plan had the bottom of our carpeted stairs to be torn up, but crew leader Tash had a much less destructive action plan. We are very impressed by the way they tunneled the drains from room to room with little or no extra destruction. The team also worked very hard both days, taking very few breaks and maximizing their time here.Our only suggestion would be for the original salesperson to have either face to face or telephone discussion with the work team leader prior to the team coming out. What is projected on paper may not always be the easiest plan to carry out. Tash made many good points that led to a better final product from our perspective.All in all, we were pleased with this company's product, from Damon's sales pitch to Tash's team's installation. Great guys all, friendly, professional, and very polite! Thanks for a great experience!

Yesterday we had JES come and fix my sidewalk where it had cracked. We were scheduled for 3-4pm. The field workers were down a guy and the jobs ahead of me took longer than planned. By the time TJ King and Carlos Silva got to my house it was already 7pm. I have to say I was amazed at their work ethic. They treated me like I was the first job of the day. They worked without a break and made my sidewalk look perfect. I did not hear one complaint come from either worker the whole time they were here. They left my house sometime after 11:30pm. The only complaint I would have would be with the home office communication (letting clients know that the field team will be late) and the Inspector not communicating how involved the job would be. I will def hire them again.

JES stabilized our house foundation which is in sandy soil close to tidal water. The supervisor, Moises Paz came to the house several times prior to the repair to ensure the engineer had a clear understanding of the problem. He stayed in touch every step of the process. The crew Foreman Jaime Castillo and his team Antonio Canales and Jason Morales were very professional. They put down sheeting to protect the lawns and were careful around the shrubs. Mr. Castillo explained everything he was doing and why. They cleaned up, added top soil and seeded. Very satisfied. We recommend JES and Mr. Paz for any foundation work in Maryland.

Bradley was on time and very friendly. Even after we determined that the service I was looking for isn’t a service JES provides and I felt like I had wasted his time he remained professional and pleasant and assured me it was no trouble and he was happy to take a look around while he was here to see if there were any concerns that he could inform me about.Although I won’t be using this company for this project, I am pleased with experience and will definitely consider JES for future needs if they arise.(the service I was wanting: to have an egress window cut into the basement foundation)Update 12/7/22 – Bradley just called me and informed me that he found someone who may be able to help with the egress window. He definitely went above and beyond!

My field inspector Rick Smith drove 2 1/2 hours and then spent 3 hours with me fully inspecting my foundation and explaining every detail of the process and educating me along the way. I felt like he really cared and wasn’t just trying to sell me the most expensive product. Because I felt so comfortable with Rick, I feel confident that JES is going to go above and beyond in repairing my foundation and protecting my home.

I had forman Charles and installers Hunter, Ricco, and Rock come out and encapsulate my crawl space today. The guys were prompt, professional, and very polite! I highly recommend their work (they need a drone to help with photos in tight crawlspaces like mine lol). This is a huge expensive project, but a heck of an investment. Dont hire your cousin to do this job (the previous owner of my house did this, my floors sag and i had mold on my joists), hire professionals, I highly recommend the JES crew. I will tell all my friends to go with JES if they have foundation issues. 10 out of 10! Thanks again guys!!!
