Scott Davis, PE
Vice President of JES
Meet Scott Davis, Vice President
Scott recently celebrated his 12-year anniversary with JES.
Scott received his B.S. in Civil Engineering from Old Dominion University and is licensed in Virginia and Maryland.
As JES’ Vice President, Scott oversees the construction operations. He works closely with customers and the team of professional inspectors to resolve structural problems. His expertise is critical to the successful installation of foundation stabilization solutions.
Scott manages and approves all solutions for settlement problems and other structural issues. Throughout the installation, Scott reviews pressure readings and depths to ensure that the foundation stabilization solution is being installed safely, correctly and is properly supporting the foundation.
Scott has designed cost effective, permanent solutions for over 11,000 commercial and residential structural, foundation, crawl space and basement waterproofing problems.
Before joining the JES team, Scott was a construction manager for the U.S. Naval Facilities Engineering Command in Norfolk, Virginia. He and Jesse worked there together for seven years, before Jesse left to begin JES. Scott worked at the Engineering Command for 20 years, then left to join forces with Jesse and JES – a beneficial leap of faith for JES.
Scott is committed to providing the best solution for foundation stabilization. His qualifications include certification as a Structural and Waterproofing Specialist through Foundation Supportworks, Inc. and Basement Systems, Inc.; two of the leading manufacturers in our industry. In order to continue to expand his expertise and improve foundation repair solution performance, he participates in industry workshops, trainings, and certification courses.
