We provide free continuing education classes, seminars, and "Lunch & Learns" to home inspectors, architects, real estate agents, engineers, property managers, insurance adjusters, civic groups and home owner associations.

Our Speakers

Jesse Waltz, P.E. - Owner & President

Jesse earned his B.S. in Civil Engineering from Virginia Military Institute in 1985. In 1993 he founded JES which has quickly become on of the region's largest foundation repair, crawl space encapsulation and basement waterproofing companies. Jesse also developed BizWiz®, a cloud-based total business management system.

Stella Waltz - Owner

Stella is an expert in flag etiquette and history, having learned from her father a Retired Chief Petty Officer and WWII veteran. Stella has traveled across Virginia to speak with schools, Civic Leagues and other associations about the importance of treating the flag with respect and honor.

Scott Davis, P.E. - Vice President

Scott received his B.S. in Civil Engineering from Old Dominion University, and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Virginia and Maryland. As JES' Vice President, Scott oversees all installation and construction applications. He works closely with customers and the team of professional inspectors to resolve structural problems in residential and commercial buildings.

David E. Stinnette, P.E. - Director of Engineering

David is responsible for business development and engineering support on commercial foundation stabilization projects. David also develops and conducts professional Continuing Education (CE) seminars on foundation structural support systems for engineers and architects.

Eric Lackey - Vice President, Marketing & Business Development

Eric is responsible for all of JES' marketing, brand management and advertising. He works with David Stinette on the Continuing Education program and engineering seminars. Eric's received extensive training from our team of engineers on foundation repair and moisture management.

Adrian Reddington - Business Manager

Adrian is responsible for the management and development of our Virginia Beach office. He has received extensive training from our team of engineers on foundation repair and moisture management. Adrian is a regular guest speaker at many of Hampton Road's real estate offices and home owner's associations.

George Frates - Sales Manager

George is responsible for the management and training of our Virginia Beach inspectors. He has over 30 years of experience in construction, building design and real estate. He's also a certified structural & waterproofing design specialist, crawl space specialist and system design specialist.

Nick Feaster - Sales Manager

Nick is responsible for the management and training of our Manassas inspectors. He 's a certified structural & waterproofing design specialist, crawl space specialist and system design specialist.

 

Todd Simons - Inspector

Todd is an inspector at our Manassas office. He 's a certified structural & waterproofing design specialist, crawl space specialist and system design specialist.
