We had a lot of hills we had to climb and plans to change but the JES team did it. They started the project, ran into some issues, and had to rewrite the plans. I made a few calls and management came out and the project was back on. Joseph “Joe” Palotas, Certified Field Inspector, and Nick Feaster, Sales Manager, did an amazing job of making sure we could continue the repairs when we hit a wall. Neither Joe nor Nick are scared to get their hands dirty. Nick even came out and explained in detail what needed to be done and put on his boot and went to work helping. The crew, Michael Burrell, Steve Marshall, and Nick Feaster are very nice, polite young men. They did an excellent job getting everything done in an acceptable time manner. When the project was complete they took the time to explain everything to me in great detail. Very happy with the service JES provided.

We have been experiencing issues with the dehumidifer installed by JES. Mr. Andre Williams responded to our request to have the dehumidifier removed. He removed the existing dehumidifer this afternoon. Mr. Williams is professional, pleasant and courteous. He was a delight to work with.

Our foundation repair work was completed more quickly than expected. Rafael Garcia Lopez, Luis Rivera, and Luis David Palma did an excellent job cleaning after the job. Supervisor, Moises Paz, sent photos and updates throughout the process so we knew what was happening outside. We had a hard time finding a company to do this work and would definitely recommend them.

I am a very satisfied customer of JES. I contacted the company regarding concerns my husband I had concerning a few cracks in my wallboard, tape pulling away and spongy floors. My initial contact was with Kyle Clayton, Contractor Representative, we talked at length about what was needed to correct our concerns. He went under my home, took photos and shot level lines and I was told the house had a small amount of settlement that was causing my problems and to fix the spongy floors, I was told what was needed and explained how all would work. I agreed to the work, an appointment was set up that day as to when the work would start. I received an e-mail from the company telling me of the person that would be following my job and she would be my contact person for any questions and or complaints. I am happy to say I never had to contact her. I received a phone call reminder as to when the crew would show up to do the repairs and the crew called me that day that they were on their way and would arrive at the time agreed upon. I had 4 steel beams put in with 7 large steel jacks for support. The cracks are repaired to the point that when the wall patch work is done, it will stay repaired and I no longer have spongy floors. The floors are solid and strong feeling. So much better! I would like to thank JES and their crew that did the work under my home. They had a hard job and did it in a friendly, courteous, professional manner. Any question I had was answered on the spot and the Supervisor came to the job every day to be sure everything was being done to my satisfaction and to also answer any questions I had. I would like to thank the Field Superintendent Everado Copado and the crew, Roberto, Fausto and Carmilo for your hard work and leaving my home in better shape than before you arrived. Everything was left clean and tidy and I appreciate your help! Thank you!

After an evaluation by Sean Wheeler, who is very knowledgeable about foundations, basements crawl spaces and recommended by my neighbor. JES encapsulate my crawl space on my home and extend my sump pump drain system. What an amazing crew that came out. Henry Ayala, Jose Rubio, Diego Ayala are top notch professionals, hard working, efficient, polite, took time to explain how things operate. I’ve actually requested that team to come back in the spring time to do some other work from JES. If there were a 100 star rating they would get it. Absolutely excellent!

Damon T came up with a convincing sales pitch, and we were impressed by the thoroughness of the plan. We ended up declining one small portion of Damon's original plan – after consultation with Tash and his team during the installation process. The company took the full price off our bill. The crew of Tash, Justin, Maurice, and Drew were highly professional in their 2-day stint at our house waterproofing the basement. Very pleased with how they answered our questions. The team had a disagreement with another part of the original sales plan, but their plan ended with a much better solution for our basement. The original plan had the bottom of our carpeted stairs to be torn up, but crew leader Tash had a much less destructive action plan. We are very impressed by the way they tunneled the drains from room to room with little or no extra destruction. The team also worked very hard both days, taking very few breaks and maximizing their time here.Our only suggestion would be for the original salesperson to have either face to face or telephone discussion with the work team leader prior to the team coming out. What is projected on paper may not always be the easiest plan to carry out. Tash made many good points that led to a better final product from our perspective.All in all, we were pleased with this company's product, from Damon's sales pitch to Tash's team's installation. Great guys all, friendly, professional, and very polite! Thanks for a great experience!

6:00am on Saturday is no time for plumbing issues and yet there it was. Laundry in the washer soaked and both bathrooms unusable. Called my plumber but got voice mail. They don’t do weekends. Who to call? I had no idea. This had the potential to be a terrible, horrible, no good, very bad day. A1 Sewer and Drain was recommended in the Neighborhood app. I gave it a shot and gave them a call. I now have a new plumber! Will definitely use them again. Prince was. very knowledgeable and polite and guided me through next steps. The young lady on the phone that scheduled the appointment was kind and sympathetic. Highly recommend this business!

He explained the repair process and guarantee very well and worked with us to develop a logical repair plan. Once the job was scheduled and that date arrived, the install crew of Jaime Castillo, Joel Larios, and Cesar Zafra came and immediately went to work. They were very organized and performed in a very efficient manner. They were patient and provided excellent feedback for my questions of this fascinating process. They also followed up on their work by checking back with us a few days later to ensure we were satisfied. I'd especially like to thank Chaun and his crew for their exceptional work. A clear master of his trade, Chaun ensured our concerns were met beyond expectations. JES repaired 7 slabs of concrete around my swimming pool. The entire operation was professional and timely from estimating and project management to scheduling and work performance. I received a written estimate for the work with a comprehensive scope followed by a contractual agreement including payment terms. Once I accepted the job, the company scheduled the work and maintained communication with me regarding the work. The day of the repair their crew showed up to the site led by Seth. They were courteous and knowledgeable about this work. They got busy immediately with great results. The slabs were jacked into their proper positions and then structural foam was injected through the slabs to support them in their correct locations. Seth and his crew completed the job and cleaned up the work area as if they were never there. The slabs look perfect and we couldn't be happier. Thank you JES!!

Overall very happy with JES. Communication from the firm was timely and responsive from quote to final inspection. I was especially pleased with the guys who worked on site- Brian, Gio, Mohammed, and Davey did a great job getting the work done quickly and thoroughly. They went above in beyond in making sure the work was done (even repairing some undiscovered foundation cracks). The electrician stayed late to make sure everything stayed on schedule. Overall, would recommend. They install a premium product with service to match- while it's expensive, it's high value (and they can help you get 2 year no interest financing.)

I received a phone call and a text message from the job foreman Joel Grade about 30 minutes before they were scheduled to arrive to start the work. Joel and his crew, to include Bryen Hailey and Karon Sherman arrived and were extremely professional from the jump. They explained the scope of the work, and made a conscious choice to minimize any impact to the rest of the house as they completed the job. The job took two days to complete and the guys walked me thru what was completed on each day, and were sure to make sure I had no concerns. Since we had a maintenance contract we did not have to pay anything for today’s visit. We did renew our contact as the house is old and needs to have everything checked yearly. Our technician CJ Pedroza was very personable and I would highly recommend his services. We will be needing new pipes under the house as we still have the original cast iron pipes when the house was built in 1964. In addition to the main pipes being checked all the indoor pipes (bathroom/kitchen) plus the hot water heater flushed. All this was included in the service contact. Well worth having. A-1 Sewer and Drain is a great company!

JES did 2 great jobs for us. We had a concrete slab that settled over the years and Shaun and Chris used their expertise to safely and quickly lift it level. It was amazing to watch! Then the next day Shakeen, Jonathan and Darnell came out and did an entire crawl space encapsulation on our 2800 sqft 1972 brick colonial. These guys worked so hard and did it in a day- making sure everything was perfectly set up to keep our home insulated, pest free and less humid. They showed us pictures of our completed crawl space and left our space totally clean. Everyone was friendly and professional. Thanks to Lee at JES for getting us all set up. We would define use JES again.
