Answer: We're experts at helping people with their basement waterproofing issues. However it would be a disservice to you to give you a recommendation about your problem without seeing it first.
The best way to find out what's going on is to have an expert inspect your basement. A thorough inspection will determine if you have a waterproofing problem, where the problem originates and the best solution for your home.

Answer: It depends on the type and severity of the issue. Because we have not seen your home, we cannot give you an accurate solution or estimate. The best way to receive an estimated cost is to have an inspector take a look at your home.

How long does an inspection take?

Answer: Depending on the type and severity of your home's problem, the appointment can take 2-3 hours. First an in-depth inspection of your home is conducted, then the inspector will review his findings with you, work with you to design the best solution for your home and answer all of your questions.
After all, if you're going to make an educated decision about repairing your home, you need all of the information you can get. And there's no way that we can give you accurate information about your home without taking the time to perform a proper inspection.
Do you have references?

Will I receive a proposal at the end of my inspection?

Answer: Our foundation repair products are from Foundation Supportworks. Our owner and president, Jesse Waltz, P.E. has played a critical role in the design of some of the Foundation Supportworks products we install.
Our basement waterproofing and crawl space moisture management are from Basement Systems, which specializes in basement repair and moisture mediation.
All of our products are tested and approved by our team of Professional Engineers before they're added to our list of solutions. So you're only receiving the best solution to your home's problem.
